Privacy Policy
Who we are.
NHP Equities Pty Ltd (“we”) operates the Dropt calculator at https://trydropt.com. Questions: hello@trydropt.com.
What we collect.
- Debt figures you enter in the calculator — processed entirely in your browser to calculate your estimate. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers, and using the calculator needs no account.
- Debt figures in a saved plan — only if you choose to create an account. When you ask us to save your plan, those figures are held in your own browser for up to two hours so we can carry them into your new account, and are then stored against that account with Supabase so your plan is there next time. You can ask us to delete them at any time at hello@trydropt.com.
- Account email address — used to send your sign-in link and to identify your account. Accounts are free; we do not collect card or payment details anywhere on this site.
- Launch-notification email address — only if you ask us to email you when tracking launches, used solely for that. Stored with Resend.
- Anonymous usage — we count visits and a small number of events (calculator completed, subscribe clicked, account created) via Plausible, which is cookieless. Signed-in pages are not counted as visits.
- Advertising measurement — with your consent, the Meta pixel records a generic conversion event. No debt figures or financial values are ever sent to it.
How we use it.
To run the calculator, to create and sign you in to an account and keep your saved plan, to email people who asked for a launch notification, to measure anonymous usage, and — with consent — to measure ad performance.
Legal bases (GDPR).
Consent for the Meta pixel and for the launch-notification email. Performance of a contract for creating your account and storing the plan you asked us to save. Legitimate interests for anonymous usage counting and for keeping the service secure and working. You can withdraw consent at any time — use the cookie banner for the pixel, or contact us for anything else.
Cookies & tracking.
Essential functionality needs no non-essential cookies. We set no cookies of our own; the items below are stored in your browser and are readable only by this site. The Meta pixel loads only after you Accept in the consent banner; Decline leaves the calculator fully working.
- dfd-plan-handoff — the debts you asked us to save, held until your account is created. Expires after 2 hours and is deleted the moment it is imported.
- dfd-consent — your Accept or Decline choice for the Meta pixel, so you are not asked again. Persistent.
- dfd-app-session — a timestamp recording that this browser has signed in, so the site can offer “Go to my plan”. Contains no account details. Expires after 60 days.
- dfd-exit-offer-shown — stops one prompt repeating. Cleared when you close the tab.
- dfd-sidebar-collapsed, dfd-account-created-fired — interface preferences and a duplicate-event guard. Persistent, no personal data.
- sb-…-auth-token — your sign-in session, set by Supabase, only if you have an account. Removed when you sign out.
- _fbp and related Meta identifiers — set by the Meta pixel and only after you Accept. Duration is set by Meta.
Plausible is cookieless and sets no identifier at all.
Sharing / processors.
Supabase, Resend, Plausible, and (on consent) Meta. We don’t sell your data.
International transfers.
Your account data is held in Supabase’s Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), in Australia. Some processors listed above operate outside Australia and may process data overseas under their own published terms and safeguards. If you are in the EEA or UK, contact us for the specific transfer mechanism that applies to you.
Retention.
A saved plan and its account are kept for as long as the account exists. Ask us to delete it and we remove the account and everything attached to it — debts, payments and plan history — which cannot be undone. A launch-notification email address is kept until tracking launches or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Calculator figures from a visitor with no account are never stored on our servers at all.
Your rights.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email hello@trydropt.com and we will respond within 30 days, as the Australian Privacy Act requires. If you are in the EEA, UK or California, the equivalent rights under GDPR or CCPA apply and the same address reaches us.
Children.
Not directed to children under 18.

We’ll update this page and the date below.
